He consistently goes above and beyond to help, and his reliability and kindness have been a real lifesaver for our family. One memorable occasion was when our boiler was failing. He came out quickly to service it and get us back up and running. Later, when we needed a full boiler replacement, Dave rearranged his schedule to fit us in urgently so we wouldn't be left without heating or hot water, especially important with four young children at home. That flexibility was priceless and meant the world to us. Most recently, he serviced the boiler in our new home and thoroughly checked the system when we were having issues with some radiators not heating properly. Again, top-notch work and great advice. Dave is a true gent. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always approachable. The poor chap is stuck with us for the foreseeable future because we wouldn't trust anyone else!
